Island Hoop Camp Staff
Camps are divided into four sessions for entering grades K-4 & 5-8. The camps are led by Coach Gavin Cree, 15-year head coach at MIHS and 6x Kingco Coach of the Year, and a staff with high school, college, and professional playing experience. The player-to-coach ratio will be 8:1 or less, and the camps provide a focus on fundamental skill development and competition. Camps are co-ed and open to all skill levels. See you at camp!

The booster club (MIBBBC) is hosting a six-week spring program for players in 9th-11th grades to continue developing together via twice weekly trainings, culminating in a tournament over Memorial Day Weekend in the Vancouver WA area. We understand that this time of year a lot of players are doing other sports or participating in AAU programs, so attending all trainings is not required. This is an optional opportunity for players to keep working together as they have time and compete in a tournament together leading up to the June season run by Coach Cree.
Here are the details:
Stayed tuned for continued details about the MIHS Summer Program, which kicks off in June! Tentative Schedule:
Congratulations to Nick Mautone and Tristen Cruzen for their stellar performances, earning them spots on the Kingco 3A All-Second Team! Also, big shoutout to Will McDonald and Ryan Boyle for their outstanding efforts, landing them Kingco 3A Honorable Mentions.
